Inspired by this year’s theme of ‘Seeds of Science: Nurturing knowledge for all’, students took part in hands-on STEM investigations and creative learning experiences, exploring everything from seed dispersal and plant life cycles to the incredible variety of colours, textures and sizes found in nature.

From magnifying glasses and digital microscopes to seed mosaics, mandalas, seed bombs and cress heads, curiosity was in full bloom! Students also enjoyed time in the veggie garden and a visit to the Garden Shop.

Through hands-on exploration and inquiry, our students were Curious as they asked questions and tested ideas, Courageous in trying new things, Connected to the natural world around them, and Caring as they learned about the importance of nurturing life.
