Meet Your New Best Friends, Our Teachers.

Redeemer Lutheran School comprises around forty staff working in various roles.

Our friendly and approachable administration team offer support and assistance, striving to make the schooling journey a smooth and enjoyable one for both staff and our families.

Classroom teachers are supported by specialists working in Music, LOTE (Japanese), Visual Arts and Learning Support. A full time Teacher and Learning /PYP Coordinator works collaboratively with teachers in the planning and delivery of curriculum, and Junior, Middle and Upper Primary Coordinators lead their respective teams; all of this ensuring consistency across year levels and innovative best practice.

Five Classroom assistants work directly with students in classrooms (under the guidance of the Learning Support Coordinator) to help students access and participate in learning opportunities, with a particular focus on Early Intervention strategies in the Junior Primary.

Our Chaplain supports and cares for students in and out of classrooms, both formally and incidentally. This is complimented with a Class Care programme, involving parent volunteers.

Our Resource / eLearning Teacher has an educative role of working with teachers to utilise and embed technology (ICT) into their practice whilst also managing the Resource Centre /Library.

A dedicated groundsman maintains our 65 acre property of wide sweeping grassed areas and native bushland, and works with students to propagate seedlings for revegetation projects.
